Windpomp Mile 14 Camp is located in Dorob National Park at the West Coast of Namibia. It is just 25 km north of Swakopmund on the C34 road to small town Henties Bay and famous Skeleton Coast National Park. Windpomp 14 (Windmill 14) Camp offers a self-catering camping and it is one of a kind right on Atlantic Ocean beach. Windpomp Mile 14 Camp has 21 self-catering camping sites, each equipped with its own toilet, shower, kitchenette, 220 v electricity and built-in barbecue. Alternatively campers can dine at the well-known Windpomp 14 Restaurant and bar famous for its seafood dishes, fresh fish and variety of drinks.

Windpomp 14 Camp offers Beachfront Camping Units, Middle Row Camping Units and Back Row Camping Units. The rates are reduced during off season from 01 February till 30 November each year.

The Dorob National Park covers the central and coastal Namib Desert, with the coastal area well-known as an fisherman’s paradise. Unique lichen fields are located north of Wlotzkasbaken and Cape Cross. The Messum Crater in the north contains San rock paintings and Damara nomads' archaeological sites.

Windpomp 14 Camp is located near towns of Henties Bay and Swakopmund. Swakopmund is adventure tours and sports capital of Namibia with unique German colonial architecture and a wide selection of restaurants, hotels and guest houses. One of the most popular tour is a hot air balloon flights above sand coastal dunes and Atlantic Ocean. Dorob Park extends from the Kuiseb River Delta south of Walvis Bay, north to the Ugab River, and west from the Atlantic Ocean to what was the National West Coast Tourist Recreation Area.

Windpomp 14 (Windmill 14) is a joint venture agreement between Sun Karros and Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR), a state-owned enterprise and Sun Kaross have invested in excess of N$10 million in the repositioning and renovation of the Windpomp 14 Restaurant and camping sites.
