Camp Chobe - new establishment 3 km north east of Ngoma border post in Namibia. The owner work closely with the local communities to conserve nature by educating them about conservation, tourism and providing them with job opportunities at Camp Chobe.

Camp Chobe was born from the desire to offer a new exciting experience to tourists, by exploring Chobe from the flood plains on the Namibian side and by taking what owner experienced and learnt from the customers over the past ten years at Camp Kwando and applying it at Camp Chobe.

Camp Chobe is located on the Namibian side o the border, on the banks of the Chobe River overlooking the Chobe National Park.

Build on the river edge from poles and canvass, chalets are elevated above water overlooking the Chobe river floodplains, the chalets are spacious, very private and eco friendly. Using solar power for lights and geysers. Their unique position also ensures spectacular game viewing and bird watching. This first phase consists of 12 chalets.

Camp Chobe also have a camping site and has self-catering facilities. The flood plains can be explored and game viewed with our guides on foot, by bike or by boat.
