Attention! We offer special rates for a long term rentals. Please e-mail us for more information!

Explanation of ''excess'' term: The excess (deposit) is the amount that a renter will be liable for in case of accident or a damage to the vehicle. For a daily fee it can be reduced (normally to 50% or even to 0). The excess will not be payable if car returned undamaged.
No deductions will be made from your credit card in this case. Credit card slip will be destroyed on returning of the car.

High season note:
Please be advised that during high season (August, September, October, Christmas and Easter Weekend) all reservations are subject to availability and confirmed on ''first comes first served'' basis. The only guarantee of your reservation is the fax message with your personal and credit card details. All rates below are subject to availability.

Medical evacuation/transportation note:
This service is not included in any of the rates below.
Please be advised to take a comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in the country.

Rates are valid as from 01 January 2008:

Newer vehicles: unlimited mileage, N$ per day

Older vehicles (2001 models in good serviced condition): unlimited mileage, N$ per day

* 0 excess is available for the rental period of 15 days and longer. It will not cover negligent driving (speeding, drunk driving, driving to the prohibited areas/countries and on unsuitable roads, damages to the car/theft/accidents/burglary not reported to police, reckless driving, driving into the water, not installing of gearbox lock that led to theft, living car key in the ignition that led to theft, overturning of the car, unauthorised driving outside of Namibia, broken or missed equipment, traffic fines, jumping on the car and any other obvious acts of disrespect to the vehicle).
In case of negligent driving the renter will be responsible to the full amount of damages caused to the vehicle.

** Extra insurances are available for the rental period of 15 days and longer.

Toyota Condor and VW Microbus can be equipped with a roof racks at 45 N$ per day per rack.

All vehicles are equipped with: 2 spare tyres, radio/tape, air-conditioner, rope, pump, steering lock, jack, spanner.

Transfers between Windhoek International airport and Windhoek office: 1 transfer from International airport and 1 transfer to International airport per rental are free of charge for rentals of 10 days & longer.

Delivery within Windhoek: 120 N$ fee per vehicle.
