Terms and conditions

The full rent including the excess amount is payable on delivery.
The renter is liable for all damages and losses.
All prices include VAT.
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, fair wear and tear is accepted.
Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
Minimum rental period is three (3) days.
Extensions of rental must be made 48 hours prior to agreed date of termination.
Minimum pre-booking period of 14 days is advised in the high season.
Deposit is required (equal to 50% of rental fees or minimum of N$ 500).
Equipment must be returned to the pick-up point.
Elena Travel Services or operator will not be held liable for death, injuries, personal damage and/or losses.
