Tana Safaris Bush Camp is located 32 km outside of town Otjiwarongo on Kalkfeld road C33 and is accessible with any type of vehicle.

The camp is constructed to ensure the true and natural African experience.

Luxury tents:

each set under its own corrugated iron canopy. All tents are equipped with a lockable trunk for the safe keeping of personal and valuable belongings, two single beds and two camping chairs. Breakfast is included.

Budget tents:

also have corrugated iron canopies. Bedding options: either two single stretcher beds or one double stretcher bed. Breakfast is included.

Camping is available.

Meals:
Home made dinner can be reserved with an advanced notice.

Power: self-generated solar electricity, available throughout the camp. Guests have unlimited access to the clear unspoilt water pumped directly from a nearby borehole.

Warm water, warmed in a “donkey” (traditional wood-fired boiler), available in the partially shared ablution area equipped with a flushing loo, a shower and a basin.

Tana Safaris Bush Camp is set against the slope of a mountain in an in fenced game camp with a magnificent view of the surroundings.
Vegetation consists of Damara Corkwood (Commiphora cernato-serrata), Driehaakdoring (Acasia senegal), Rosyntjiebos (Grewia flava), Appelblaar (Philenoptera violacea) and Kudubush (Combretum apiculatum).Tana Safaris Bush Camp offers bird and game viewing in natural habitat.
