Gcadikwe Island Camp is located in Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana. Currently we can host a maximum of 16 persons on the Island. The Camp is primary laid out to be a Self catering Camp, which you can enjoy very individually. The Main area consists of a Kitchen Tent and the entertainment Tent. On the Island there is a camp assistant, which will be to your avail, if necessary. His Duties are to ensure that all Lamps will be switched on, once the natural daily light starts to dim.
Make sure that you will have hot water in the showers, and the cleaning of the Camp. His main duties are however, to make you feel comfortable and safe in the Camp.

The Kitchen Tent is equipped with Gas Stove, Gas Freezer and all Pots, Pans, Cutleries, Plates and necessary utensils that will be needed to make a delicious meal. Please feel free to also use the Water Purifier.
In the Entertainment Tent there is a comfortable 16 Seated Eating Table. A small bar is provided with all Glasses. Enjoy reading in the “Library “or hang out on the Hammock. There is a small Braai area, at which you can grill your juicy steaks under the African Sky.
All Sleeping Tents are equipped with a Fluffy Carpet on the Tent floor, Field Beds with linen, Pillows, Duvets and Towels. In the middle there is a Bed case, and every tent is equipped with a powerful LED Lamp.
We have 4 Toilets and Showers that need to be used communally. The Camp Assistant will make sure that the area is always clean, and that all hygiene standards will be held to the highest possible level.
For Safety reasons, we have a Satellite phone on the Island, with you can also gladly use to get in touch with the outer world.
