LOCATION:
Santawani Lodge
is situated on the Southern boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve on our own
exclusive private area.
THE FOCUS:
A classic Land Camp with a strong emphasis on showing our guests the predators
that abound this area.
ACCESS:
Serviced by Santawani Airstrip - a 15-minute flight from Maun.
CATEGORY OF SAFARI EXPERIENCE:
Land Camp with game drives and night drives. The game experience is enhanced
through off-road operating – a key to delivering a quality look at the
predators, that are widespread in our area.
ACCOMMODATION:
Lodge can accommodate 12 guests in 6 chalets, each consisting of a twin
bedroom and bathroom. The old Santawani has undergone an extensive
refurbishment with new decor, linen, public areas and guides – and new style.
The main complex at Santawani consists of a dining/ sitting area, a bar area
and a fire-pit.
ACTIVITIES:
• Day drives
• Night drives
• Private vehicle is also available (at an additional cost)
CHILDREN:
Are most welcome, though a private vehicle must be booked at an additional
cost.
RATES:
Rates are offered on full board with activities basis. All drinks are extra.
