Lodge accommodation at Thebe River Lodge

Thebe River Safaris lodge offers a family room and twin rooms. All rooms are en-suite and have a shower with ample near-instant piping hot water. All beds are mosquito netted ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. 12 units are currently air-conditioned and the remainder will be fitted shortly.

The Family Room contains a double bed which leads through an interleading door to a room with two single beds - perfect for families. Twin rooms contain two single beds only. Rooms are serviced daily and have tea/coffee station.

Camp accommodation at Thebe

Thebe River Safaris camp offers spacious camping areas with covered cooking areas. Ablutions are shared and we have 2 large communal ablution blocks with showers with loads of piping hot water, basins, mirrors and toilets.

Thebe River Lodge has a small number of made-up tents erected in the camp with twin beds. All beds in the tents are mosquito netted ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Chobe Park Game Drives

Thebe River Safaris offers daily morning or afternoon game drives into the Chobe National Park. All drives are in open backed safari vehicles with open seats. What better way to experience the stunning wilderness of the game rich Chobe Park.

Game drives are usually about 4 hours in duration in which time it is not uncommon to spot several of Africa's "Big-five" species. Elephant are very common as are lion and leopard sightings. The birdlife is excellent at the right time of year (summer - August to April) with many "specials" in the greater Chobe area.

Chobe River Cruises

Take to the waters of the Chobe River on a Thebe River Safaris cruise. Depending on the number of guests cruises are either on our large pontoon boats which seats 40 pax, or on one of our smaller aluminium speed boats which can seat a maximum of 12 pax.

Chobe Day Trips

For those who wish to experience the Chobe National Park but are short of time, Thebe River Safaris offers Chobe Day Trips with pick-ups from either Victoria Falls or Kazungula / Zimbabwe Border. We also offer one, two and three night Chobe Safaris Trips in our Safaris options for those who want a longer Chobe safari experience.
