Crocodile meat Is clean and green - here is why:

Apart from being a delicacy, crocodile meat is also sustainable due to low methane emissions. The production of crocodile meat only emits 4 kg of carbon dioxide per 50 g of meat produced. In comparison, the production of the same amount of beef emits up to 35 kg of carbon dioxide. Therefore, crocodile meat is regarded as low carbon food.
