conditioner, remote controlled TV with M-Net, a sports channel and Movie
Magic.
Hotel Attractions: Kimberley, the city that put South Africa on the
world map, is often referred to as "The City that Sparkles". Not only is
Kimberley the Diamond City, but its museums and art gallery are rated as the
finest in the land. Situated at the geographical centre of South Africa,
there is something for everybody either in the city or in the immediate
vicinity. One of the most popular attractions is the Big Hole and Museum. If
your interest is History, especially the Angle Boer War, there are plenty of
stories to be heard here. The William Humphreys Art Gallery houses various
South African collections, as well as Flemish and Dutch masters of the 16th
and 17th centuries.
Other attractions include Digger`s Rest, the tabacconist shop where Perilly
produced his hand-made cigarettes and Barney Barnato`s Boxing Academy. Steam
locomotive fans will have a field day when when they visit the Beaconsfield
Marshalling yards where a few of these beauties can be seen. Travel to the
Mine Museum in style on the Kimberley Tram - visitors are treated to some
noteworthy sites and the tram stops outside the oldest pub in Kimberley, the
Star of the West.

cocktail bar, breakfast lounge and undercover parking with 24 hour security.
