• "Road" & "Air" are on a "seat in vehicle/aircraft" scheduled basis.

• "Luxury Road" are on a Private Basis in a Luxury Chrysler Grand Voyagers and subject to availability

• Nett Rates are non-commissionable.

• Rates are exclusive of Airport/Passenger taxes.

• Rates exclude any Conservation fees and Park Levies, if applicable.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• On the basis of only travelling during daylight hours.

ALL AIR TRANSFERS

• Luggage is restricted to 20 kgs per person in soft bags.

• Subject to weather conditions and as per schedules provided.

• Where passenger numbers exceed aircraft capacity on scheduled transfer routes, flights may be shuttled.

• A private charter can be arranged, please contact us for a quote.

• Arrival and departure times may vary by up to 2 hours depending on Aircraft schedules.

• CC Africa reserves the right to arrange alternative road transfers if deemed necessary.

• Cancellation fees may be applicable should any transfer reservation be confirmed and not cancelled timeously.

• This service is a shuttle service governed by weather conditions, Air traffic control, number of passengers etc. Pick up times may vary. Please ensure flight connections have a sufficient lead time.

• Rates include fuel Levy surcharge currently at R 60.00 JNB to Madikwe R 65.00 Inter-camp flight/ R 85.00 JNB to Kruger Lodge & Phinda Private Game Reserve, per person, per flight.

• Luggage is restricted to 20 Kgs per person in soft bags.

• Children ages 2-11 years, travelling with an adult, pay R 1,260.00 each when travelling to (and from) Sabi Sands, Ngala and Phinda from (and to) OR Tambo International.

• Flights cannot be held for late arrivals, and late Guest arrivals will be booked on the next available flight.

• We reserve the right to substitute with a road transfer if deemed necessary.

• Flights cannot be held for late arrivals, and late Guest arrivals will be booked on the next available flight.
